- CalDigit Asia online store accepts payment through PayPal only. Credit card is also acceptable through a verified PayPal account.
Delivery
- All stock is located in the Taiwan and will be shipped directly from our warehouse to you.
- We ship to most Asia countries and also Middle East, Oceania, and Russia. (Currently delivery service may be unavailable for some Countries, if you can't find the Country name in the form, please contact asia@caldigit.com)
- Customers from China or Japan or Taiwan, please check following website by your region:
- If your order is placed before 2PM (GMT+8), Monday to Friday we try to ship the same day. However, during peak times we may be unable to ship same day.
- You can estimate shipping costs in your cart or during checkout. Simply click ‘View Cart’ in your shopping cart, or add all items and click ‘Checkout,’ then select your country/region to see the estimated shipping cost.
- If you need to change the shipping information (address, recipient's name, phone number) after your order has been shipped, we will charge a second shipping fee. Delivery time depends on the logistics company's arrangements, so please carefully check your shipping information.
- Shipping charges exclude import duties. All import-related fees, duties, and taxes shall be sole responsibility of the customer.
- We will notify you of the logistics tracking information after shipment.
